Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No lock-in contracts.

Is there a free trial for Pro?

The Starter plan is free forever and lets you experience Leo’s core features. If you’d like to test Pro features, contact us for a 14-day trial.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Team plans also support invoicing for annual commitments.

What counts as a connected account?

Each email address or calendar you link to Leo counts as one connected account. For example, a Gmail inbox and its associated Google Calendar count as one account.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Yes. Annual plans receive a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. Contact us for details on Team annual pricing.

What happens if I exceed my daily limits on Starter?

Leo will pause rankings or drafts for the day once you reach your limit. Your inbox continues to work normally — you just won’t see new Leo suggestions until the next day.
