01

What is Leo?

Leo is an AI-powered inbox and calendar copilot for professionals. It ranks your emails by priority, drafts replies in your tone, detects meetings and scheduling intent, and suggests next actions — all with your explicit approval before anything is sent.

02

How does Leo handle my email?

Leo connects to your Gmail account via OAuth and reads incoming messages to analyze priority, draft replies, and detect scheduling intent. Leo never sends emails on your behalf without your explicit approval. Every suggested action requires a one-click confirmation from you.

03

Does Leo send emails automatically?

No. Leo never takes autonomous actions. Every draft reply, calendar event, or follow-up suggestion must be reviewed and approved by you before anything happens. This is a core architectural decision, not just a setting.

04

How does Leo protect my privacy?

Provider tokens (like your Gmail OAuth credentials) are encrypted and stored server-side only — they never reach the client. Leo processes your email content to provide suggestions but does not use your data to train models. You can revoke Leo’s access at any time from your account settings.

05

What integrations does Leo support?

Leo currently supports Gmail and Google Calendar. We’re building support for Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft 365 Calendar, and other providers. All integrations use OAuth for secure, scoped access — Leo only requests the permissions it needs.

06

Is Leo SOC 2 compliant?

SOC 2 compliance is on our roadmap. We’ve designed Leo’s architecture with SOC 2 controls in mind from day one — encrypted tokens, audit logging, scoped access, and no autonomous actions. We’ll share our compliance timeline as we approach certification.

07

How does priority ranking work?

Leo analyzes incoming threads based on sender importance, urgency signals, context from previous conversations, and your interaction patterns. High-priority messages surface first. You can adjust ranking preferences and mark senders as VIP over time.

08

Can I customize Leo’s draft replies?

Yes. Leo learns your tone and style from your previous replies. On Pro and Team plans, you can configure custom tone settings to fine-tune how Leo drafts responses. Every draft is presented for your review — edit as much as you’d like before sending.

09

What’s the difference between Starter, Pro, and Team?

Starter is free and gives you core features with daily limits (50 priority rankings, 10 draft replies). Pro ($19/mo) removes limits and adds next action suggestions and priority support. Team ($49/mo per seat) adds shared workspaces, admin controls, API access, and audit log exports.
